The Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Fire Protection District is serving notice of a competitive sealed bidding process for a kitchen remodel at fire station #2 located at 2440 Harnish Drive, Algonquin, IL 60102. Bid specification’s will be available for pick up Monday through Friday starting on Monday, September 11, 2023 during normal business hours 9:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at 1020 W. Algonquin Rd. Lake in the Hills, IL. A contractor walk through will be available on Tuesday, September 26th 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at 2440 Harnish Drive, Algonquin, IL 60102. The sealed proposals will be accepted at fire station #1 located at 1020 W. Algonquin Rd. Lake in the Hills, IL. until Wednesday, October 11th 2023 9:00 a.m. On Wednesday, October 11th 2023 at 9:00 a.m. proposals will be publicly opened at fire station #1 at 1020 W. Algonquin Rd. The contract from the selected bid, if any, is expected to be awarded at the October 25th 2023 Board of Trustees Meeting. The Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, to waive any formalities or technicalities of the proposal or to reject any non-responsive proposal in the interest of the Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Fire Protection District.
